I believe your face mod has a patch specifically for the HD patch. Are the LooksMenu presets where they're supposed to be? If you want diverse bodies, you can just download presets you like and learn to use the jBS2BG app (it'll work with fallout 4 with a tweak), it allows you up select presets, apply them to specific characters or races, and then it'll build the ini files for bodygen. Personally, I place my games on one of two hard drives I have that is not my main hard drive. my problem was fixed by removing all mods but the ones required for preset and reading that I downloaded the valkyr body texture instead of the valkr face texture. re-read the required mods and their descriptions/readme.txt. If not, look for an hd patch for your face mod I'm pretty sure this was working before, but now it's not.
